Custom Flooring Install Process

What to Expect

We want to make sure that your new floor installation is as seamless and stressfree as possible. 

Step #1: Initial Consultation

First we'll talk about your ideas for your space and brainstorm some ideas together. We'll go over materials, costs and whatever else we need to. 

Step #2: Measurments & Estimate

At this stage we'll get out our tape measerers and calculators and figure out much your project will cost. we will give you a written and electronic copy of the estimate. 

Step #3: Signature & Down Payment

Now that we're all friends and we've agreed on the work we'll get a small deposit for your supplies and to confirm your job dates. 

#4: Dustless Tear Out, Disposal and Professional Floor Prep

Time to get started! We start by taking out your old floor and making sure everything is level and waterproof. We use our tried and true (almost) dustless removal process. Depending on how level your florr is we may need to pour a new one or do more work here. 

Step #5: Tile Installation & Clean Up

That's it! Time to enjow your new custom tile floor from Dickinson Tile.
